Shipping information
All orders are sent with AusPost, which provides tracking once it has been shipped.
For Aussie customers, please allow a delivery time of 2-3 weeks after your item has been shipped out. If you are an international buyer, please expect a minimum delivery time of 3-4 weeks.
All packaging materials used are fully compostable! This means you should feed them to your garden, plant pots, food scraps and your green bins. In the right environment, the whole breakdown process will finish within six-months, compared to a traditional plastic mailer that would take 300 years (while still leaving harmful mico-plastics or residues behind).
Return policies for garments
No exchanges will be accepted. I work in a pre-order format, where I have the exact amounts per size; so there is no exchange availability.
I do not accept returns unless the garment is damaged.
In the rare event that you received a defective item, please email me pictures of the item within 14 days of receiving it. I will review your order and determine whether a refund is applicable.
